How to upload logs?

When you encounter some difficult problems, our customer support may ask you to upload a log to help resolve your issue.

By analysing the log files you upload, our technical support will find out the problems occurred during the connection process.

You can reach us through in-app customer service or email us at letsvpn@rbox.me. Please contact our customer service first, then upload log files. 

What does a log file contain?

Log files don’t contain any private information. It contains:

  • Your IP address and local network configuration information

  • The commands and results while using LetsVPN

Log files don’t contain:

  • History of the websites you accessed

  • History of the IP address you accessed

  • Mobile phone, device and any private information

All the log files are encrypted and transmitted to the server. Only senior engineers are authorized to read them.

Android LetsVPN

Please follow the instructions presented on the gif. After you click “upload”, please wait until you see “The log file is successfully uploaded”.

iOS LetsVPN

Please look at the picture below, click it in the menu bar, when you saw the icon "√" that means log  has been uploaded successfully.

PC LetsVPN

Please follow the instructions presented on the gif. Open LetsVPN, press the button next to “x” (close), you will see “upload logs”. 

If I failed to upload logs

If you failed to upload logs, please email your ID and the error message to letsvpn@rbox.me. Our professional technical support engineer will help you.
