Currently, one LetsVPN subscription allows you to connect 2 devices at same time. A Login Failed window will pop up when you log in on the third device, because you have exceeded the maximum connection allowed.

In this case, you can either remove one device (for more details, please read <Use one subscription on multiple devices>) or register a new account.

Currently, one LetsVPN subscription allows you to connect 2 devices at same time. But in the near future, we will have more subscription options for you to choose at different prices. You can make the purchase according to your needs. If you have better ideas, please email us at letsvpn@rbox.me. You are more than welcome to tell us what you need or what will be more popular!

How to change the binding device?

If you like to change your binding device (not adding the third one), please follow the instructions shown on the GIF above.

If both of the binding devices are not under your control, please send us an email at letsvpn@rbox.me and attach all the information listed below.

  1. Your current device ID

  2. Your LetsVPN login name

  3. The ID of the device you are about to remove

  4. A screenshot of a purchase record

If you can’t find your purchase history, please read <How to find my purchase history>.

Please note that the screenshot must be the payment record from either of your binding devices so that we can verify the ownership of this account.

Please provide the other three supporting information listed above if you forget your LetsVPN ID. Our customer support team will try our best to help you.

Why can’t we connect more than 2 devices with one LetsVPN subscription?

In order to provide you the most stable connection and fastest speed, LetsVPN is using the most advanced self-developed anti-blocking technology. On the other hand, we can’t detect how many devices are using one subscription simultaneously. In order to prevent hundreds of users using one subscription, we can only limit the device number in one subscription. The technology is still developing and we believe that there will be more subscription options coming out soon. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For more information about account settings, please refer to the article <Use one subscription on multiple devices>.

If you encounter any problem while using LetsVPN, don’t hesitate to email us at letsvpn@rbox.me. Our customer support team is happy to assist you.
