Lets Vpn is a network software, it will need to request permissions for Network Access, on Windows operating systems when the software  request network access, notice that a popup will appear, as following picture shows.

When you see this popup please check both options and click the “allow access” so our software works properly.

And if you click  “cancel”,  these are what happens.

  • Many websites you can’t reach

  • Time out error in browser

  • The website is available but now won’t open.

When it happens please don’t worry, we can whitelist our program in Windows Firewall to solve this problem.

How to check Windows Firewall Settings and allow our software to access network?

In Windows 10, 8, 7 how to check windows firewall settings is different, please see the following flowchart for a step-by-step description of how to do it with  a common methodology:

Please follow the steps below to find windows firewall and allow LetsVPN  to access network:

  1. Press the “Win+r” and then input “control” and “enter”

  2. At the top left:  by category

  3. Click “System and Security”

  4. You can see “Windows Firewall”

  5. Click “Allow a program through Windows Firewall”

  6. Click “Change settings”

  7. Check the options settings named “Lets” (include private and public networks)

When all of these steps are completed successfully you will see the picture below.

Then please connect VPN again, you can try to visit websites you like, see if you can access it normally?

How to do under other circumstance

If you follow the above steps but the issue hasn't been solved yet, let's take a look at some special cases.
