You possibly met the problems below:

  • Had a good start with LetsVPN, however, Google, Youtube and Baidu stopped working after a few minutes…

  • The K icon of LetsVPN disappeared after a few minutes. Then all VPN-required apps can’t be accessed…

  • “Abnormal Disconnection. Automatically reconnecting now…” pops up everytime when I open LetsVPN

You might think -- LetsVPN sucks!

HOWEVER, WE ARE INNOCENT!

We guarantee the best quality of our service, the fastest speed and the most stable connection. All the problems were caused by “Background App Killer”. Don’t worry, you just need 1 minute to adjust the settings. After that, LetsVPN will keep running in the background and your connection will never stop.

Step 1

Turn off “Manage automatically” and turn on “Run in background” in Battery settings.

Step 2

Lock LetsVPN.

There are various versions of Android system so the ways of setting might be slightly different.

Why we have to keep LetsVPN running in the background?

In order to connect to all the apps, we need to proceed all your network data that have been encrypted and transmitted to our server through LetsVPN. Thus we need LetsVPN to work in the background all the time, so you can surf without restrictions.

Why can’t LetsVPN set all things up?

App optimization is a part of your phone’s factory settings. The main purposes of it are to extend the battery life and save power. So, we figured out that manually changing the settings is the best way for your user experience and your phone.

Please don’t hesitate to email us at  letsvpn@rbox.me if none of the above information are helpful. We will do our best to help you.
