The SmartByte in DELL computers might possibly lead to connectivity problems. Please follow the instructions below to disable SmartByte while using LetsVPN:
1.Right-click the bottom menu bar and click Task Manager
2. Click “Open Services” at the bottom of the window in blue.
3. Find SmartByte Network Service and double-click it
4. Adjust it to “Disabled” in Startup type
5. Click “OK” after the Service Status becomes “Stop”
6. The status of SmartByte will be shown as “Disabled” after the setup is successful
Note: Please restart your computer after the setup is successful or network connection issues will still happen.
