LetsVPN has a built-in upgrade system for different version of software, which allows you to easily update to the latest version at any time.

In order to adapt to the changes of Network policies among different countries, LetsVPN constantly upgrades the software to ensure our service is running normally. Thus, it is very important to keep your LetsVPN updated. For iOS users, please complete the update in Apple App Store.

For other users, please open LetsVPN and tap “current version/version number” at the bottom of homepage. The software will check for updates on your device. If there’s a new update, please follow the instructions to install it.

We will also send you a notification when there’s a new update. By simply tapping the notification, the update will be installed.

If you failed to update LetsVPN in the software, please find and install the update in our official website. More details can be found in <How to download LetsVPN>.

Uninstall or Reinstall LetsVPN won’t affect your original ID or remaining time. For a better protection, we strongly recommend you register an account. For more details, please read <Use one subscription on multiple devices>.

If any of the cases happens such as update, reinstall and ID changes due to refurbishment or rewrite system that affects your account(e.g.loss of remaining time), please read <How to recover my remaining time when ID changes> for solutions or contact our customer support for help.
