LetsVPN supports deleting account on Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. If you cannot find it in your APP or you do not have the APP, please download and install the latest version from the official website.( Official website: https://xvhsidxt.onelink.me/cRUw/0gesgjiu)
Deleting account is only possible when there is only one device in the account.
After successfully deletion, the remaining duration in the account will be transferred to the current device. For more details, please refer to <Tips about account transfer>. If there are multiple devices associated with the account, you need to sign out from those devices first.
Upon deleting an account, all associated data will be permanently erased, and the account cannot be recovered. Please consider this action carefully.
Tutorials for Deleting Account
Android
Open the app and navigate to the main page.
Click on the icon with three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
Click on your account name.
Tap on the gear-shaped icon in the top right corner.
Click "Delete account" and enter the password.
iOS
Open the app and navigate to the main page.
Click on the icon with three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
Click on your account name.
Tap on the “settings” icon in the top right corner.
Click "Delete account" and enter the password.
macOS
Click your account name on the menu bar.
Click on the account-setting icon in the top right corner
Select "delete account."
Input the password to complete the process.
Windows
Click your account name on the menu bar.
Click on the "account settings"
Select" delete account".
Input the password to complete the process.
