About logging in/out anomalies

please read this article if there are errors occurring while you are logging in/out LetsVPN.

with multiple devices. If you encoutered problems about logging in/out, please
read the following text.

Because

Some users use malicious software or irregular means to register accounts with ill will, and transfer remaining time to their expired devices through account function. We have restricted abnormal accounts that have been logged in/out multiple times to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of other users. 

The Restriction

You will see a pop-up message that says "Anomalies detected in your account.
We are working on it. Please try again tomorrow."

How to solve it ?

In order to prove your user behavior is normal, please provide the following information so that our customer service can help you log in/out LetsVPN account.

  1. LetsVPN recharge record

  2. The account name that you want to log in/out

  3. The device ID that you want to log in/out

Please provide all of the information above to our customer service. Otherwise we will not be able to help you. After your account is back to normal, please don't frequently log in/out in case the anomaly happens again.
